Important registration step needed to ensure access to Google Offices.
Hello everyone!
We are getting close!
We do have one more step to get you officially signed up for the Hackathon at the Google office in St Giles next week – Can you please cross-register here: https://rsvp.withgoogle.com/events/nuitee-hackathon/home
I was hoping we wouldn't need to cross-register, but Google needs it to ensure they have access badges for you on the day of.

If you’re joining as part of a group, please make sure every member signs up individually using this link: https://rsvp.withgoogle.com/events/nuitee-hackathon/home so we can ensure they will have building access on the day of.

Please reply to this email with the names of everyone in your group if participating in a group, so we can make sure your team is registered correctly. Feel free to have a cool name for your group too! If you are participating individually, please confirm once again.
Pre-event Call & Demo Walkthrough
On Friday, 26th September at 6:00 PM UK time, you’ll receive a link for a conference call where we’ll:

Walk you through the event format

Demo the setup

Answer any questions
After the call, you’ll have the next few days to work on your project. Please remember to submit your short project video (1 min max) by Tuesday Sept 30th by 6:00 pm UK .for review.
Hackathon Schedule – Wednesday, 1st October ! Welcome to the Google office!

9:30 AM: Kick-off & feedback session - please make sure you arrive 15 min earlier as you would need to leave your details and get your badges

Morning & afternoon: Coding time + final touches

5:00 PM: Team presentations of final products

Surprise! We’ll also have a special guest judge joining us to review your projects.
Food & Fun
Snacks and lunch will be provided throughout the day to keep you fueled.
And after the ceremony we will go nearby for more drinks and celebrate!
Big Prizes Await! Get ready for building, winning, connecting, and having fun! We also have a surprise, very exciting judge who will be joining us on the panel!
